Designing and creating Ginkgo leaf jewelry first occurred to me one day in 1977 as I sat under a Ginkgo tree at the University of Chicago playing with a Ginkgo leaf. I was one of the first jewelry artists to use this leaf as inspiration, and I am forever indebted to the Ginkgo tree for my success. My classic Ginkgo leaf earrings, ginkgo pins, and ginkgo pendants have remained best sellers all these years. My work has been sold in many fine shops and galleries in the USA for over 30 years.
Examples of my Ginkgo leaf jewelry are shown below in various sizes, and metals. Every piece of Ginkgo jewelry is individually hand crafted by the artist, hand forged, using a hammered texture which reflects the design of Nature's own Ginkgo leaf. No two pieces are exactly alike, therefore all measurements shown are approximate. Earwires on the copper earrings are gold-filled. In my 30 year experience with customers, gold filled has proven to be safe for those with allergies to nickel and other base metals. Our work is guaranteed.
